the answer is… legosam

Sam worldedited a massive area of tnt with and some idiot placed a redstone torch

kaboom!

if somebody goes near the tnt the server will crash.

people who go near the tnt will be banned or jailed.  whoever placed the redstone torch please

confess right now before we hunt you down and ban you.  If you confess you will not be banned
